Dr. Thomas Ruane is a Board Certified Urologist and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Ruane is a member of the AMA, American Urologic Association, American Association of Clinical Urologists, American Association of Physicians and Surgeons, American Lithotripsy Society, Florida and Sarasota County Medical Societies, Florida Physicians Association and Florida Urologic Society. He has served on various hospital committees, including the Chairmanship of the Cancer Care Committee. Dr. Ruane has served as the former Chief of Surgery at both Bon Secours Venice Hospital and Englewood Community Hospital. He is currently a fulltime staff member of Venice Regional Medical Center and is curtsey staff at Englewood Community Hospital and Sarasota Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Gregory Lomas is a Board Certified Urologist and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Lomas is a member of the both the American Urology Association and California Urology Association, along with several Medical Societies. He has served on various hospital committees, been a Board Member and most recently served as Chief of Surgery. He has decades of experience in all aspects of Urology and the treatment of associated illnesses. He has been in the private practice of Urology since 1991 (see below) and has decided to make RTR Urology, and Venice, his new home.

| Matthew C. Ercolani, MD |
Matthew C. Ercolani, M.D. is a fully trained Urologist currently completing his American Board of Urology certifications. He serves as the Medical Director of Robotic Surgery at Venice Regional Medical Center, and is an active member of several Venice Regional Medical Center committees. He is a member of the American Urological Association, American College of Surgeons, Alpha Omega Alpha, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, the Endourological Society, and the Society of Robotic Surgery. Currently he is a full-time staff member of Venice Regional Medical Center. He is on courtesy staff at Englewood Community Hospital. He also serves as a board member for the Sarasota and DeSoto Chapter of the American Cancer Society. He has published more than 20 articles and abstracts in the urologic and radiologic literature.
